Refund Policy

Barr26 Publishing, LLC has a 30-day return policy for physical items and a 7-day return policy for unclaimed digital items, during which time you may request a return.

Unclaimed eBooks may be returned. But if you are returning the product because you haven't been able to get it onto your device, we ask for proof that you've sought assistance from our tech team. Please forward us the email explaining why you haven't been able to get the download to work.

For physical products, the item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it, and it must be in the original packaging. Please also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at publisher@barr26.com.  If your purchase is eligible for a return, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to complete the return. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. That will provide us the opportunity to evaluate and correct the issue.

Exceptions & Non-returnable Products
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Nor can we accept returns on physical products more than 30 days after purchase or digital products more than 7 days after purchase.

Exchanges
The fastest way to complete an exchange is to return the product, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once the product is received and inspected. After review, you will receive an email to confirm whether the refund was approved. Your refund will automatically be processed to the original payment method if approved. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
